Hey @ebb_1401. Thanks for reaching out to us, and we'd be happy to help you enable your Call Protect feature.
To get started, we'd recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the current device you're using. This can help clear and data that could be interfering with you being unable to enable Call Protect for your home phone service.
Then make sure that you're following the correct steps to set up Call Protect:

2/14/2023 I've been getting this error since mid-January (first noticed.) Agent I spoke with today believed that "call protect" is being redesigned, and that the JSP HTTP 500 error was not going to be fixed. True?

2/18/2023 - Call Protect feature no longer gets JSP error! It had been "off" and I was able to turn it on without getting the error.
