Unlimited Elite Plan w/ HBO Max - No CPNI Options to proceed error!

I've walked through all of the steps multiple times to link my att WIRELESS account through the att website. I cannot get the website to activate my hbo max promotion to establish a new account. It's not working. The AT&T website keeps returning the error that there are no CPNI options to proceed. This is a problem with the AT&T website not HBO Max. A supervisor from Tech Business Services transferred me to HBO Max Customer service earlier! The agent could not understand why AT&T was calling them about a problem with AT&T's website. I feel ripped off right now. I accepted this promotion and can't even use it! Does anyone have a number to the AT&T website support? I don't need Consumer Services, Pro Advantage Tech Support, nor Business Tech Support services. None of them can help me.

What troubleshooting steps have you taken? We have a few we'd like to recommend: 

  • Clear your cache and cookies.  - Think of this as housekeeping for the browser. 
  • Clear your browser tabs. ~ Having a lot of tabs open can cause you to receive errors while surfing.
  • Use a different browser. ~ Sometimes the problem may be with the specific browser you're using. 

After you've tried the troubleshooting steps above, try these steps to activate HBO Max on your account:

  • Sign into your online AT&T account.
  • Look for the Activate HBO Max tile.
  • Choose Activate, if asked.
  • Sign into HBO Max. (This can be done from your device, PC, or TV.)
