Unable to login to HBO max

I have the unlimited plan that gives me HBO max and it has worked fine for over a year and now I went to watch some thing and I’m unable to login/ verify my account. I see that others were having the same issue but most have been resolved. I have looked at multiple forums and tried many different fixes with now luck. If I’m getting this as part of my plan, I should be able to watch but for almost 2 months now, it hasn’t worked
