It does not work and can't get to work.

HBO Max stopped working and gives an error cant verify subscription. It worked fine for 14 months and just started giving this error. Spent hours on the phone with ATT and HBO Max reps and it still does not work despite all the promises. Is there anything left to try or do I need to go to Verizon and get HULU, and other stuff. Really get frustrated with this issue that should not be that hard to fix.
