HBOMax Subscription is showing expired but my plan was upgraded.

My subscription was just fine before I updated to the Unlimited Elite plan last week. Now my HBOMax subscription is showing it’s expired. I’ve tried contacting AT&T, they keep routing me to other departments. I talked to one rep and he asked me to changed my password, reinstall the app and try again. Nothing is working.
