HBO Max

I am not able to log into my HBO Max with  AT&T. My plan states I have the Unlimited Elite plan but its telling me i do not have HBO Max. I have an account with them already now its saying I dont.

Same thing happened to us. Despite multiple news articles saying that current account holders would not be affected, as recently as early August. Called and chatted with multiple agents and got the runaround.

AT&T automatically moved us from the conveniently retired Unlimited Plus  Enhanced Multi Line (retired July 3rd, supposedly), to the "Unlimited Premium Plan" which doesn't have HBO Max. The agents told us that no plans have HBO Max now. Which goes against what the news articles were saying:

The news comes nearly two months after AT&T pulled HBO Max from its then top-tier Unlimited Elite plan. As part of its restructuring of wireless plans, AT&T dropped the Elite option entirely. It instead rebranded its priciest unlimited plan to Unlimited Premium and began offering 50GB of hotspot data (10GB more than what Elite had). 

Those who already have Unlimited Elite, or other AT&T plans that bundle HBO, will still be able to continue to use the streaming service even with today's new agreement.

Same issue with me..I have a mobile plan which includes HBO Max , however I can not use it HBO is telling me that my ATT subscription expired... Called ATT 15 times and they can not figure it out..

I constantly have the same problem over and over, I cannot log in to HBO MAX  on a computer using my AT&T credentials. 

I have verified that my AT&T account DOES have HBO MAX. 

I can log in to HBO MAX with those same credentials on Apple TV.

I can log in to HBO MAX with those same credentials on Amazon Fire.

I have cleared my cache. 

I have tried 2 macbooks and two PCs.

I have used different web browsers, including Google Chrome and Safari.

If I log in to my AT&T account on the computer before trying to log into HBO MAX, then the HBO MAX login attempt logs me out of AT&T.

When I try to log into HBO MAX using "Log in with service provider" it loops me back to AT&T, where I log in, then it loops me back to HBO MAX, where I am NOT logged in, but asked to create an account.

I have spent HOURS working with AT&T customer support.

AT&T blames HBO MAX

I have spent HOURS working with HBO Max.

HBO MAX blames AT&T.

UNBELIEVABLY frustrating. 

THOUSANDS of AT&T customers have this exact same problem. 

AT&T has done NOTHING to solve it. 

HBO has done NOTHING to solve it. 

It is borderline fraud. 

AT&T advertises "free" HBO MAX benefits, while they KNOW it does not work for many of their customers. 

Instead of fixing it, AT&T just advertises it more.
