HBO max was offered at the retailer and isn't on my account

Please confirm that you're on one of these qualifying plans: 

• AT&T Unlimited Elite.
• AT&T Unlimited Plus.
• AT&T Unlimited Plus Enhanced.
• AT&T Unlimited Choice.
• AT&T Unlimited Choice.
• AT&T Unlimited Choice Enhanced.
• AT&T Unlimited & More Premium.

If you are then great! 

For the AT&T Unlimited Elite or the AT&T Unlimited & More Premium plan, you should set up HBO Max from a desktop browser following these steps:

• Go to your myAT&T account overview.
• Look for the Activate HBO Max tile.
• Choose Activate, if asked.
• Download HBO Max from your app store.
• Open HBO Max and select the person icon.
• Choose Sign in, then Sign in with a Provider.
• Select AT&T and enter your user ID and password to start streaming.

If you have one of the other plans, follow these steps to activate HBO Max on your account: 

• Make sure you have an AT&T user ID and password.
• Sign in to att.com on the web (not the myAT&T app) and choose Activate HBO MAX or Start watching now. 
• Go to the HBO Max website, then select Sign In.
• Select SIGN IN THROUGH TV OR MOBILE PROVIDER.
• Choose AT&T and enter the AT&T user ID and password.
• Select Sign in.
• If it’s your first time signing in, create your HBO Max profile. It may take up to a minute.
• Choose your profile to start streaming.
