HBO Login keeps saying “we want to keep your info safe”
I saw another forum post with the same issue. I had access to HBO max on my iPad with no issues until I was logged out one day. HBO is still working on all my other devices but when I try to log in again on my iPad I keep getting a message saying they’re keeping my info safe and I click “ok, got it” but I never get taken to a log in page. I have already updated my iPad, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried to login from Chrome but nothing has worked. The last forum chat had a representative comment “can we connect in chat for further assistance?” So I don’t know what the solution is.

Thanks for letting us know what troubleshooting step you've already done to sign back in. That lets us explore other troubleshooting options sooner.
If you haven't done already when troubleshooting, try making sure the HBO Max app itself is updated. You can do so through the App Store, or through your device's settings. Also, let us know what service you have HBO Max with. This help us if we need to look into this further.

I am having the same issue, but with the ESPN app on Amazon Fire. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated it, and still get the "We want to keep your info safe" page and then says there is "An error occurred on client". So I am never able to sign in and watch.
