HBO authentication error with AT&T linked account

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with accessing HBO max using AT&T as the signin provider. I have gone several rounds with AT & T customer service with no fix. I watched Nobody the weekend it came out, and since then I have not been able to sign in.  I get the "can't verify subscription" error message.  I have tried signing in from PC, Apple TV, Fire Stick, Apple phone etc, with no luck. I have checked with customer support to verify my account has access to HBO max and gone through the login procedure while they were remote viewing my screen. I'm on the East Coast, so today would be a good day to stream some of the new stuff on HBO max.

Please follow the Set Up HBO Max steps outlined in the middle section of this article Stream HBO Max With Some AT&T Unlimited Plans - Wireless Customer Support (att.com).

 

For Step 1, it is important that you sign in to att.com through a desktop browser. That should do it! Meet us in a Direct Message to confirm that you’re good to go.
