Have to change my password every time I login
Every time I try to log in to my At&t account online or through HBO max, I receive an error that the user ID and password are wrong. I have to change my password every time I want to sign in to HBO max online or app, or log in to pay my bills. I know the user ID and password are correct.

We do understand how inconvenient is must be having to constantly change your password to your myAT&T account and HBO Max.
We want to make sure no one has your password, and may be making additional changes. Your myAT&T password must be 8-24 characters. It can have:
You want to have a unqiue password and also want to make sure no one has access to change your password on your behalf.
You will use the same log in credentials for myAT&T and HBO Max. If you change your password for myAT&T, use the new password for HBO Max.

I have this exact same problem and all I do is reset the same password and I get in after all the hassle of performing the exercise. Why is this happening? My password meets all the required protocols.
