When I "Add” HBO Max it does not seem to register

I pressed the “Add” HBO Max button, but it does not seem to register. When I try to sign in on the HBO Max app with DirecTV, it does not work.

Hey, @TVwizard. We'd be glad to help with your HBO Max.

 

Where is it that you're trying to add it? Do you already have the package on your plan when trying to sign into the app? If so you may need to Refresh your Service.
