Cancel HBO Max

I need to cancel HBO Max before I get charged again, cannot find how to do it. It’s a part of my wireless package.

Hi there @markinoh, we'll be happy to tell you how to cancel your HBO Max subscription.

All you need to do is follow these four steps on removing and managing wireless add-ons.

Sign into your myAT&T account and got to Account overview.
Go to My devices, and select Manage add-ons for the line with the subscription you want to remove.
Select the add-on or subscription you want to remove.
Follow the prompts to remove the add-on or subscription.

Even if you cancel this subscription, you'll still be able use it until the end of your current billing cycle.
