Window Sensor is down
I received a new window sensor kit which I installed but nothing is registering. Everything is brand new! What do I do to get this one sensor up and running?

@marbquick Once the sensor has been installed, you would need to contact our Customer Support Team to discover the device into your Digital Life system. You can call 855-288-2727 and they will be able to assist you.
