Motion Sensor control with pets?
My installer told me there was a setting the in the motion sensor that could be configured so it wouldn't go off with my cat running around the house. I can't find any info on that option????

There is a jumper inside the motion sensor designed to adjust its sensitivity. The sensor will have to be removed from the wall and opened to make this change. You should contact Digital Life Support 1-855-288-2727, option 4 before doing so. They can walk you through completing this while also ensuring the alerts received when opening the motion sensor are not acted upon.
