HPAV won't pair, I don't have the pairing button on power for DLC-200C, need to get Z-wave devices off DL and onto new Z-wave network

I'm in a pickle.  My HPAV won't pair with my controller and instructions describe a process that doesn't match my equipment (I have a Microsemi PD-9001GR which has no pairing button).

I want to reuse my two smart plugs, Yale Smart Lock, and CT32 Thermostat with my new Z-wave network, but need to get them unpaired from DL.  It doesn't look as if I have 3G anymore (it was working Tuesday, today is Thursday).  I was on the phone with DL on Tuesday asking questions and I wonder if they've done something to knock me off (local friends still have it).  Anyway, Is there a way to pair DL so that at least my internet works?  Or is there a way to force the DL controller to exclude my devices so they can pair to another network?  Please note, I'm using a lot of words that I've read up on (the pairing, the excluding), but I really don't know what I'm doing beyond that I need the devices to forget about DL.  Thanks in advance.

Good morning,

Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you with unpairing (discovery) of your devices. Is your DLC-200 located near your router?

Yes.  It’s one floor above and about 15 feet away from DLC.

At your router location, do you have a device like the image below attached to your router via an ethernet cable?

I spent over an hour with a DL agent on the phone and we’ve tried a bunch of things.  From her perspective, my controller looks healthy and is connected to the internet.  The PLC link light won’t light despite power cycling the HPAV, using the security button to reset, unplugging from router then plugging back in and using a different port on my router.  My keypad thinks my dlc is on battery and tampered but neither is true.

Hi,

As long as the monitoring center is seeing your controller, you should be connected. Your PLC link light may be faulty. Did they schedule a tech appointment to address the keypad reporting erroneously?

I think it’s more than a faulty light.  I don’t believe the devices are communicating with the controller and that’s why the keypad is incorrect.  I didn’t schedule a truck roll as it’s $99.   I’m hoping to get more insights here.  Do you know the PLC link light indicates?  Thanks.

I worked with another agent today and we got my system back on line and sane.  In a somewhat funny twist, it ends up that my PLC Link Light should never be on because my original installer hard wired my DLC to the router and pairing thus wasn't necessary (or even possible with the black DLC power supply).

The key to getting my Z-wave devices off Digital life was to ask the DL agent to delete them from my service.  Once deleted, I had to then remove them from their DL Z-wave network using the new network's utilities to remove a device.  Once removed, I was able to pair with the new network.  Digital Life provided better thermostat functionality than my new service but I presume a newer thermostat actually in the support list might be more fully featured.
