How do I get a replacement battery for the DLC 100?
The battery light is red and from what I can tell I need to replace it. I tried pushing the "Fix it" button on the mobile app, but nothing happens. Then I searched and can't find a place to order the free replacement battery. I have had my system for a while and don't have a clue about 80% of it.

@Crail1 Hello. If you log into your Digital Life app and then go into Solution Center. The top most popular solution is how do I replace my DLC battery....tap on that and follow the flow and it will order and ship a battery directly to you.

@Martyiv Please call or chat with our support team and they will ship you a free battery.
Once you receive the battery, you can watch our battery replacement tutorial on YouTube. We also have numerous other videos on YouTube that will help educate you on the system.

Yes, they send it quickly and even send you a postpaid package to recycle the old one, or you can recycle locally.

You should actually try the chat path sometime soon.
The bot response loops asking if you have a battery, sending you to the link that you think will order, but the site asks if you have one, then when you click no says to please chat with us...Guess what the bots response is?
Do you need the link to order a battery? Great, here's a link to our website to order...
