Digital Life Cameras Not Recording

I have 2 Outside Cameras and One Indoor Camera.  All cameras  show live but will not record any motion or snapshots.  Just had tech come out to check  and bring an indoor camera because had an outdoor camera inside.. He checked system did a reset etc etc etc and said all was good and it would take a while for the cameras to start recording and be on the device log and the data management.  Still not recording Still nothing in the data management or the device log on any of my cameras. Anyone else having this problem? Do I need to get another tech out here? When my cameras went out it took 2 weeks for a tech to make it to our home due to a back up of appointments.  Very disappointed.

It's normal for the ATT system.

Many other posts about it.

ATT says it's normal, and due to ongoing (for a year) "system maintenance".

 

Your videos may show up in a day or two.

We are having the same issue.  Stopped recording or showing in event listing/archives on May 8th at 11:36am and hasn't come back on.  Live feeds are working so they obviously have power.  Customer service can do nothing at all and then had to schedule a tech to come out.  Of course they can't get here for two weeks due to my schedule and theirs not aligning up.  There are multiple posts about this same issue.  I called back to customer service and asked to file a formal complaint regarding the matter, as well as the other issues we've had with our alarm control panels.  They supposedly took a verbal complaint and put it on my account.  I posted a lengthy post on the forum for further documentation and will be filing a certified letter as further documentation of the problems.  Will be pulling my contract to find out the procedure for canceling this horrible service.

I had one outdoor camera and everything worked fine (usually). So I decided to add another outdoor camera and it will not record. At first, I couldn't even get a live feed, but now I see a live feed but no recordings. I've tried everything and customer service is no help. So there is no solution? You spend that much money and there is no answer? We are supposed to just deal with it? If it doesn't record then it is pretty useless. I can't believe that there is no fix.

We have same issue for past two weeks now. I think it would really cool if ATT Digital Life worked. We have had it for a couple years now, but its not reliable enough to be of any real use.

I also had this issue. I called support and they reset the system on their end and it works again.

Been there done that and it continues to stop recording after a day or two. Continues live but no recording or on my device log. Reset programs & motion areas for the cameras Continues!  New camera Continues! Tech comes to home Continues! Talk to customer service Continues! Being Said I have been with at&t since 2004. This is horrible and actually today another monthly payment came out of my checking account. They don't have a problem with that! They need to figure it out & fix it!

I have had this same problem since May 18, 2017. I'm so frustrated that I'm ready to cancel my outdoor video camera service (which I am free to do) and get two RING stick up cams. Live chat doesn't work on the app and when I am available to make a call...I am not home. Plus, I get someone from outside USA.

Having this same issue. Cameras show live feeds but will never t record. I have plenty of storage so that's not the issue. Will call to see if I can make appointment for tech to come out.

Call digital life technical support and have person reboot system, do a rethink and create/run new program for you. This got my cameras recording again.
