Cameras not recording

Within the last week or so my two cameras have suddenly stopped recording video. They will not record video upon motion or via program nor will they record manually.

 

Both cameras continue to work as live feeds. Also they do not capture snapshots. 

 

There is storage space available and I have deleted and recreated the programs, but the cameras are still not recording.


Please assist! Thanks!
