Wi-Fi Calling Help (Galaxy S22 Ultra)
I have been unable to activate wifi calling on my new phone. Wifi calling is selected as an add-on on my business account devices page. However, on my Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G, whenever I turn on wifi calling, it tries to turn on, then gives me an error stating, "Could not turn on WiFi calling at this time. Please try again later in settings".
I'm assuming my issue is related to the fact it never loads the Emergecy location address page. Maybe not. But this has been going on for over 6 months, and a span of a few updates. So I'm exhausted trying to figure this out.

Is your phone able to load any emergency address location?
Are location services turned on?
Are you in the USA?
If your current address is not able to be located on an emergency 911 system, you would have to initiate Wi-Fi calling in a different location that has Wi-Fi that you can sign into and an address that appears in the 911 system and at&t's system as a valid address

As stated, the address form never loads. I cant even enter an address, because it never gets to that step. And yes, I am in Philadelphia, and Location services are on.
I'm a network technician, and usually can figure electronics out with a bit of troubleshooting and research. This issue is eating at my very soul lol.
What I do know, is that wifi calling is usually setup during phone activation. Is it possible there was some error during phone activation that is preventing wifi calling from working? Would a new SIM card be a possible solution?
