visual voicemail for pixel 6a

Has anyone resolved this problem?? Sometimes my phone says "Can't activate visual voicemail" and sometimes it says "Activating visual voicemail". I have tried everything but never get this resolved. So frustrating.

In order to provide adequate support for Visual Voicemail on your Google Pixel 6a, we just need a little more information.

Have you ever been able to use Visual Voicemail on your phone? If not, is voicemail already set up for your phone? To access Visual Voicemail, you must have already Set Up Voicemail. If it's already set up, how is the signal strength on your device, poor or strong?
- Your phone needs a wireless connection to receive calls, access voicemail, download Visual Voicemail messages, and get voicemail notification alerts. It's recommended that you check the wireless coverage in your area or even reset your voicemail password online when you Troubleshoot your voicemail.
