Using an Amazon Echo as a hands free phone answering device.

I have an Echo smart speaker configured so I can use it to answer my ATT Galaxy 23 Ultra phone calls as a hands-free answering machine.  It works great, now I want to configure a different Echo to do the same thing.  The problem is, I cannot remember how I did it and cannot find any instructions.
