Time stamp on voicemail is off by 2 hours

My voicemail messages are time stamped 2 hours too early.  It never changed when I moved to Florida (eastern time) from Colorado (mountain time).  Can someone help?

We want to help you with your voicemail time stamp, @Dmp923.

When you move you want to change your address in your account, as this may be affecting the time zone in your device. You can change your primary use address for reach user or device on the account. Changing and verifying your place of primary use address also determines the tax rates on your wireless bill.

To update the main address for a certain device:

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile.
  2. Scroll to My linked accounts and look for Contact info.
  3. If you have more than one account, choose your wireless account from the dropdown.
  4. Select Edit next to Billing address.
  5. Scroll to Place of primary use and select the device and number to update.
  6. Enter and save the address info.

To change your billing address you want to:

  • Go to your myAT&T Profile.
  • Scroll to My linked accounts and look for Contact info.
  • If you have more than one account, choose your wireless account from the dropdown.
  • Select Edit next to Billing address.
  • In the Billing address section, select Edit.
  • Enter and save the info to get a verification code, or temporary PIN, and verify the change.

Try these steps and let us know how it goes! We do look forward to your response.
