How do you Silence an Individual caller at night only when asleep? I need to know if they call during the day when I’m awake, but would like to silence them at night only.

Your phone has a do not disturb function and a favorites list. Turn on do not disturb.
Use the exceptions to allow your 'favorites' messages and calls to come through and not others. Exceptions will not block alarms and calendar alerts. And can be set to turn on and off at set times everyday
