Public DHCP address for LTE service

I have switched to using LTE for my home internet through UbiFi.net because they have an unlimited option that is not available to me through my personal account with AT&T.

To access my home security cameras, I need a public facing IP address and not one NATted to a private IP (10.x.x.x).

It is my understanding that business customers can request this at no-charge but not consumer accounts.

My 6 lines for cellular service are covered under my work for a discount, but I am not sure this would translate to an actual business account?

But since UbiFi.net would be a business account, shouldn't I be able to request a Public DHCP for my SIM/cellular modem?

I would greatly appreciate some information and/or assistance with this issue.

Thank you
