Number transfer

It's been 5 days since I ported my number from boost to at&t yet my boost mobile phone still gets calls and text and not my new phone that supposedly I ported my number to. Why is this happening? Is it normal? Please fix it.

If you prior phone was an iphone then you need to turn off the continuity settings.



If they are different manufacturers then you will need to speak with AT&T porting department to check the status of the port.
