Cradlepoint W1850 5G Adapter + Static IP

Hello,

I want to buy two Cradlepoint W1850's and use them as a cellular uplink for two Ubiquiti UDM-Pro's at two separate locations.

Then I want to connect each UDM-Pro via site-to-site VPN which is super easy except when the current cellular modem is on a personal plan and it's behind AT&Ts CG-NAT so the VPN either never connects or is extremally inconsistent. 

My thinking is this: start new business plan, purchase cradlepoiunt W1850 and two static IPs from AT&T.

The only hesitation I have is all the conflicting information online about this exact issue: cellular modems getting assigned PUBLIC static IP's.

I just need to know, is this possible?
