Code MCK
How can I get the MCK code. For a change, those of at&t become those who do not know of the existence of that code.
I bought the phone on ebay when I put my company's sim in it it asks me for the MCK code I called at&t and they don't know about that code. Samsung tells me that they sell unlocked phones and those who block it are the companies that offer cell phone service. Can someone help me how can I get it released? Ah, it is free of contract.

Return the phone to the eBay seller. And get your money back.
Samsung can provide AT&T with the MCK code and AT&T can provide you with the unlock code. But AT&T isn't going to help you unless you can prove you bought the phone, from an authorized seller, as the original purchaser, not a gray market purchase off eBay.

One option you could explore is contacting the seller you bought the phone from on eBay to see if they have any information on how to obtain the MCK code. Additionally, you could try contacting Samsung's customer support to see if they can provide any assistance in obtaining the code or unlocking your phone.
If these options do not work, you may want to consider seeking the assistance of a third-party phone unlocking service. These services can often help you unlock your phone for a fee, and may have access to the necessary codes to do so. However, be sure to do your research and choose a reputable service provider to avoid any potential scams or issues with your phone.
I hope this information is helpful, and wish you the best of luck in getting your phone unlocked.

Samsung cannot give the MCK code to users.
The seller is probably the one who entered an incorrect unlock code multiple times permanently locking the phone which is why it's asking for an MCK code. Then decided to dump the phone on an unsuspecting buyer.

Good morning. Thanks for the information. I already contacted the seller on ebay and he told me that they don't have that code. I also contacted Samsung and they tell me that they don't have that code, that only those of AT&T have that code. I have also talked to several at&t agents and they all give me a different answer despite the fact that they have verified in the system that the service is down, that it does not have an outstanding balance, nor is it reported stolen, because they via the website and via email They have provided me with the NCK code. I have also looked for help and tools for unlocking and they have not been able to obtain the code because it has Binary 7 and it is only supported up to 6. That is why I have asked at&t to provide me with the MCK code

. AT&t does not have the mck code. Samsung has it and Samsung cannot give it to you. The only way for you to get the mck code is for the person who originally purchased the phone to contact AT&t and get them to contact Samsung on their behalf to acquire the mck code.
You are not the original purchaser. At&t will not help you.
I have absolutely no doubt that the person who sold you the phone knew that it was permanently carrier locked because they had already gone through the process of entering an incorrect unlock code multiple times. They tried to unload their white elephant on unsuspecting eBay buyers.
