AT&T Secure Family App

Hello,

Like many, I was asked to update the AT &T Secure Family Parental app.  I have downloaded it and I cannot access it because I get an error message that says "Error during sync process.  Can't connect right now.  Please check your internet connection."

@JPShinn, You can direct message the Secure Family app support team at g01318@att.com.  Include your mobile number, the numbers of your Family devices you are tracking and a brief description as you posted here. Also include your device manufacturer and model and OS version you are running.  If you are not an AT&T wireless customer, the latest Secure Family update no longer supports non-AT&T wireless customers so you would no longer have access to the service and have to cancel through the App Store or Google Play.  If you are an AT&T wireless customer, make sure "your device phone number" is the primary number on your wireless account.  The latest Secure Family update no longer requires you to log in with your ID and password but will automatically recognize your wireless device as the primary number on your account.  If it is not the primary wireless number then an error may result or you are directed to have the primary account holder sign up with their device and then invite you to join their Secure Family.
