Wifi Calling not working for Samsung Zfold 4

Have called AT&T Support and they keep saying it'll be fixed. Reset my network, still doesn't work, wifi router is fine, no issues there and phone not blocked. In fact, Wifi Calling not working on several different types of routers. The issue: Use the phone for work, poor reception at my home and keep losing calls or getting texts the NEXT day. Locked into a 3 year agreement, can't switch carriers like TMobile, never had an issue with them. Any help appreciated.
