Why is hotspot speed limited to 128 kbps after 10 GB in what is almost 2020?
Its nearly 2020 and hotspot speeds are limited to 128 kbps after 10 GB. Why do we have such a stupidly low limit? Can we get a slightly more reasonable limit of 512 kbps and 128 kbps during congestion?

Its a cap. Which is why the plan says it comes with 10 gigs of hotspot use, not more.

They are in cahoots with T-mobile, they're doing the same thing.

AT&T and T-Mobile, and Verizon and others for that matter are competing carriers. When they offer a plan with a limited amount of data, the idea that you should be able to exceed that is laughable.
Please come down to earth with the rest of us.
