What is necessary to get ATT Wireless to update CNAM.
We obtained a phone number in April 2022 that was previously used by a different company. We obtained the number through Twilio. We changed the CNAM at that time. Today (11/28/22), ATT Wireless customers still show the old CNAM while Verizon and TMobile show the new (correct) CNAM. What do we need to do to get ATT Wireless to update the registry?
Phone Number: 844-427-6527
Correct CNAM: "Sunergy" or "Sunergy Solutions"
Old/Incorrect CNAM: "Canopy Energy"

This is not relevant to the detailed problem I posted. I'm not looking to update my CNAM/CallerID for my phone. I am trying to get ATT to update the national CNAM registry that ATT uses that shows the incorrect CNAM for a phone number that is not owned by ATT. Every other provider shows the correct callerID. ATT does not. The CNAM for 844-427-6527 was modified over 6 months ago.
