Vizio tv does not detect my ATT Nighthawk wifi
I just purchased an AT&T Nighthawk due to living in a very rural area. I have all different devices able to pick up the wifi the Nighthawk puts out. I attempted to get my son's Vizio smart tv (2 years old) hooked up to the wifi but the TV does not detect any signal or network. I rebooted the TV, factory reset the TV, etc. and it still doesn't work. I set the Nighthawk feet away and also went on the highest power signal offered and that still did not fix the issue.
I've read about changing settings but I am clueless there. Any and all help will be appreciated!

I believe you can direct wire the Nighthawk to a smart TV. You do know you'll use up all your data in less than a week right?
You might want to look into satellite internet

I have an unlimited data plan. My plan is to hardwire and go from there. I was able to switch the ghz and the TV picked up the signal but it was too slow to operate. Switched back to 5ghz.
