Vehicle Wi-Fi service is not available
I receive this error when looking at Wi-Fi service for my 2019 Ram 2500. the service has been previously used on this specific this truck.
“In-car Wi-Fi hotspot service is currently unavailable for your vehicle.”

Yeah it seems to be a regular occurrence with ram trucks. There's a couple of other threads you'll find on the forum. Lack of updates to software on the vehicle itself. And if this is a second hand vehicle and the previous user has not terminated service you will not be able to initiate new service on your own.
Talk to the dealership and see if they can help you.
