Using Hotspot but still see "No Internet" Multiple Times a day
My family recently updated our plan to include hotspots. Now that I am working from home, I turn on the hotspot and connect to my computer but my zoom calls drop at least 3 times a call and often I see the status of my "Michelle's iPhone" internet show as "No Internet". I am having a hard time getting through the working day without steady internet - what should I do?

We understand the importance of being able to use hotspot during these times. We'd recommend you try resetting network settings, allowing it to refresh to see if that helps.
Let us know the outcome of that to see whether or not if further assistance is needed.
