unwanted message history.
okay so lets say theres some text messages i dont want my parents to see and they want to read then. can they pull all the text data from the at&t account or can at&t give her a copy of the text data? if i call and ask them to delete the messages permanently will they do it?

Thank you for your message. There is only one way that anyone may be able to see actual text messages from another line on the account, and it requires an AT&T Messages app to be set up on the phone and for them to have access to the same credentials on the computer. If it was set up that way, they would already have those messages. Other than that, they can see the numbers messages were sent from and too on your line, and their dates and times. That information is always available on the bill or online. And for your last question, no, AT&T can't delete any text messaging logs, they're preserved within the account for billing purposes, but AT&T doesn't store the actual contents of those messages.
