Unable to select anything
Sometimes I can only type in my search bar. When I try to select something on the screen, nothing happens. It's like the screen freezes. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried restarting.

You haven't told us what device, make and model? If we're talking about a cheap prepaid phone, this isn't all that unusual you get what you pay for. Is it relatively new and under the one-year warranty still? If it's under warranty contact AT&T for a replacement. Warranty replacements for cheap phones can be as bad as the original.
If this is an iPhone and it's under one year old you have to do warranty directly with Apple.

If you are within the return window, return it as defective. If you are outside of the 14-day return window then you do a warranty replacement either directly with Samsung or with AT&T
