Unable to receive messages from my foreign bank
Good afternoon
I am currently in the US and I cannot receive any messages from my banks which I need in order to access my account with them. I have all the international adds on I could add but still nothing. I made sure my iPhone is also the latest version and that my roaming is on. I don't know what else to do

What does that mean? I do not work at At&t if that's what your asking. But At&t is my phone operator in the US

Have you verified that your Bank can text to US phone numbers. I have to add +1 when texting or calling back to the US when overseas.

Let's start by resetting your network settings to refresh your connection to the network.
Notification bar, then select the Settings icon > scroll to and select General management > select Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > select Reset to confirm.
If you're using AT&T Call Protect to block unwanted/unidentified numbers check the block number list and unblock the short code numbers if you see them. Here's how:
If your network settings are reset and you have confirmed that the numbers are not on the Call protect blocked list. Try the following steps to enable Short code SMS messages.

Hello @ATTHelp my IPhone doesn’t have such application settings. I did get a message when I typed *777# but I do not get messages from my bank. Unfortunately my Apple Store is Italian so I can’t download the AT&T protection apps. What else could I do?

Hello AT&T! I am experiencing the exact same issue as MauroBianchi and as a result I cannot access my bank (I'm from Spain). Is there any way to solve this?

I am an ATT customer and also can't receive messages form the bank. I have the international plan and went through resetting the network already. Is there a way to fix this issue?
