Texts not sending to automated services
Hello I am trying to send a text to a number to opt in to receiving notifications about a program and it won't send the message. It keeps saying it failed. It is not just this number. I have tried to reply to drs offices automated texts to confirm appointments and it doesn't send.
How do i fix this?

Performing a soft reset on your device is oftentimes the quickest fix. If you're not sure how to reset your device, locate your device on the AT&T website, scroll down and click Troubleshooting, then click the link labeled Reset Device.
You can also use our helpful Troubleshoot and Resolve tool to resolve your messaging concerns! Scroll down to the Fix My Wireless section, and then under the Connection subsection, click on the link that says Text & Messaging. Or, simply click Sign In to Start to get personalized help!
