Texting with american phone/number living in Canada?
Can anyone tell me if my plan would allow sending texts to my friend in Canada? She has kept her American phone and phone number as her plan allows her to use it in North America.
My plan is the Mobile Share Value 35GB with Rollover Data.

Since you are texting a US phone number, it has absolutely no effect on you whatsoever.
Even if she did have a Canadian number, Most of the plans in the last few years include texting outside of the United States at no extra charge. But since she has a US phone number, you are not calling or texting 'long distance' .
She is the only one who has to be concerned, if her plan covers roaming in Canada then she has no worries.
