you changed the way we view the text/call logs and I can no longer see the number for incoming texts, I only see my number, how can I change that?

So how do we report this problem to ATT. The logs are not useful in their current state. I tried to do this by phone but never was transferred to the correct department, so that is why I tried this forum.

I think it was a business decision, but I don't know if they will change it back if they get enough complaints and I don't even know to complain

I can tell you. I assigned names to numbers in the other version of the app. But since the new update I only see phones numbers called or texted. I can not put names to the numbers now. It’s all lost. How can I get the other app version back for this feature to work again?

yes, I assigned names to numbers in other version of app, cannot see anything that I have spent years building, this makes it impossible to track children

Yes, same as above, names which I assigned to numbers are gone, without warning, and all income text messages show only my number and not that of the person texting me, and I did not text myself. This needs to be reported to AT&T and fixed as soon as possible, and phone calls from myself and others have not been successful.

Same problem. Why do incoming texts show my number? ATT it should show who the text is from, please correct this issue.

I am referring to the Data, Text and Call logs that can be accessed online at any time, by signing in to the account and selecting "See All Usage", then "View more details and Options", then "Data, Text and Call Logs". This is the same thing everyone else here is referring to. It is not a billing statement. The information that we are able to see changed as of this week.
