Slow data speed

I am currently on the “Elite unlimited” plan using my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Even with full bars 5G, 5GE, my data is consistently very slow! 
I went on the AT&T App and turned off “data saver” and it does not change anything! There is nothing wrong with my iPhone, even so, I re-set my network settings anyway and it changed nothing. My iPhone iOS is up to date! 
I am extremely frustrated! All over town 
I live in Scottsdale/Phoenix Arizona which has millions of people in it! I pay a lot of money every month for AT&T service for myself and my entire families iPhones and Apple Watches. The old plan that I was on did not have this slow data speed issue like this! 
I would very much like my situation to be resolved. I use the data on my iPhone for my work every single day!

We want to help you with that sluggish service you're experiencing on your new iPhone 13, @Myles28!

 

If you're using a non-AT&T device it may help to program your data settings, especially if you are unable to connect your Apple device to our data network.

 

See Apple Support for instructions on how to program your device using the settings found in the data settings table.

i live in S GA, in all aspects, i believe that ATT have the slowest LTE/5G. i been experiencing that from the iPhone 7 plus days. only time i really even notice a difference is when i am in major cities , other than that my iPhone 13 pro max sees more LTE than anything. Have to rely on WiFi more than ever. My Ipad pro moves faster than my iPhone 13 pro max. and i am on the Elite plan. ATT if you reading this, please unlock the speed and potential of the phone and its service

I have the exact same AT&T plan and I have not had any useable data for months. I am going to have to find a new provider because I can not run my business without data. I am paying a fortune every month to have no data anywhere in the Austin, TX and surrounding areas.

I live in the SD area and I am experiencing the same thing the last 3 days.  Super slow refresh and unable to connect to pages and email downloads take several attempts as it times out.  There is nothing wrong with my iPhone, even so, I re-set my network settings anyway and it changed nothing. My iPhone iOS is up to date! So frustrating and ready to move to another service provider

I’m on the Unlimited Elite Plan and using AT&T Mobile Data on my iPhone 12 Pro Max is unbearable! I am beyond livid! I try to use Safari to browse the internet while on 5G and NOTHING! It just sits there. I’ve tried all the ‘troubleshooting steps’ there needs to be a (Edited per community guidelines) again AT&T!
