Since porting my iPhone 11 over from Verizon to AT&T, I have not been able to RECEIVE text messages from Verizon Android users
Since porting my iPhone 11 over from Verizon to AT&T, I have not been able to RECEIVE text messages from Verizon Android users.
I've tried:
- Resetting network settings
- Powering off/on phone
- Hard re-set - erased ALL content and settings
- Deleting contact with Verizon Androids and making new contacts for them
- Deleting old text conversations
- Deleting any group chats with Verizon Android users
- Replaced SIM card in AT&T store (twice)
- Software is updated to IOS 13.6
- Apple Support - highest level says it is a problem with AT&T not provisioning my phone properly when it was ported over from Verizon to AT&T. Apple blames AT&T
- AT&T level 3 tech support cannot locate any problems at all with software. Says it is not a provision problem on their end. AT&T blames Apple
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
