Do you currently have ActiveArmor mobile security app installed on your device? ActiveArmor mobile security may be blocking you from receiving the verification texts. You may submit a ticket with Hiya to get the number removed from being blocked.
You can also try removing the ActiveArmor app to see if you are able to receive the verification.
