Scam or ligit?
Does AT&T send text to their customers phones? I receive these texts that I am suspicious of. The last one shows sending number is 332-262-8093 and the text reads:
AT&T: Your bill has been
paid. See receipt here and
get a random free item

I called the number sending the text and get a auto voice that says, " The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. Please try your call again later."

ATT does send texts but not like that one. ATT does not offer free gifts for paying your bill. That text is a scam and not from ATT.

I received this via email on 08/16/22... is it Legit? The sender is [email scrubbed] and is "to" [email scrubbed]:
