If the voicemail messages that you're referring to are no longer accessible, they have most likely been erased.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to recover them again once the voicemail messages have been deleted.

However, you can absolutely follow the steps at this link to Save a voicemail message to keep any new ones from being erased in the future.
