You posted your Wi-Fi data usage, not your mobile data usage on a forum which is dedicated to mobile devices.
As for the 12 GB of usage, only you know what has been used on your phone, tablet, or home Wi-Fi network. That 12 GB could have been a trial of a streaming service which you then terminated and deleted. Or it could have been someone who spent a few days in your home and was signed into your home Wi-Fi network and is no longer staying there.
But only you know that information, all we can do is guess.
