Recently switched from Verizon to AT&T and can no longer get MMS messages from Verizon customers delivered to my Android

About 7 months ago my family switched from Verizon to AT&T.  Everything seems great except for the fact that I can no longer reliably receive MMS messages from Verizon users on my Samsung S22.  This includes picture messages or group messages.  I've been on tech support multiple times through both phone and online chat but have mosty gotten the run around.  Even visited a store which was no help either.  Feel like I missing some important messages from time to time and want to get it fixed.  Those trying to communicate with me are getting frustrated too.  The other two lines on my account are Iphones and they seem unaffected.  I also believe I'm not getting the "read", "delivered", and other various message details I should be getting when sending texts to Verizon customers (which are always delivered by the way).

I've gone through a lot of steps with tech support to get this resolved but have had no success.  Looking for a solution.
