Pixel 6 Pro not showing 5G on ATT Unlimited Elite

I just upgraded my phone plan to the new Unlimited Elite plan which includes 5G. I just got the new pixel 6 pro today and put my SIM card in. Everything is working, however I can only get the phone to show my LTE, not 5G. I am trying to figure out why. The Coverage map shows 5G in my area.

Hello @anthony212, thanks for providing us with the detailed information regarding your Pixel 6 Pro device. 

 

At this time, since you've stated that your SIM card is several years old, you'll need to replace your SIM with a new one. Your new SIM card will allow access to the 5G network and properly work with your desired services.

 

Once you get your replacement SIM card, learn how to activate it.
