Passport

I purchased the 1month passport for my trip to Germany but now that I'm here I can only get 3G if I turn on data roaming. I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to be because I don't think roaming data comes out of the passport plan.
Any suggestions?

Data roaming is exactly what the Passport plan covers. If your issue is the data speed, that would be an issue of compatibility between your phone and the German network, it has nothing to do with the Passport plan.

It is not just data roaming. It is also text messages which passport plan allows unlimited texts. I have bars but cannot send . Messages say they fail to send. Is there something else to log into?
