No Voice Mail After Set Up

I have not had voice mail on this account for the last 26 months. Nobody can leave a message and I can't receive them either.

I spent an hour with ATT this morning and they were unable to figure out an issue.  I can't receive voicemail, but when calling the phone, it seems like you are leaving one.  I have a custom greeting, but when you call, you don't get the custom greeting.

I have not had a voice mail even after setting it up several times in the past year.  I didnt even know it wasnt working until my boss told  me he was not able to get ahold of me.  Why is this.  I have spoken with someone from ATT about two months ago and it still does not work. 

Mine does not work either. This is nap frustrating it’s been 3 months and aTT is not doing anything about it. They say they are elevating the concern and I never hear from anyone. I had this phone for years and I am going to have to switch providers over a seemingly simple fix. They even say on their end it’s fixed on their end.  Well if it’s not fixed on my end it’s not fixed at all.
